Every account that is part of the Matched Funding program with Global FX Remote Group LLC must complete an "FXCM Joint Account Application" and the "Joint Account Agreement".

Instructions:

1. Print out and read both Agreements.
2. Type or print all required information.
3. Sign the necessary sections.
4. Fax back the required pages to Global FX Remote Group LLC at (212) 248-0216.

Important Information:

The copies and the account agreements should be FAXED with the ID Fax Cover Sheet to (212) 248-0216. Please be sure to type or clearly print your e-mail address on the Joint Account Agreement, as this will be the medium a FXCM Staff used to contact you following the receipt of the application. Please do NOT send funds until after your account forms have been received and processed by FXCM. A member of the Global FX Remote Group LLC staff will contact you via email within two business days of receiving your account forms. For joint accounts, each account holder must sign at the bottom of necessary pages.
